能登半島地震被害の支援活動第5陣最初日

AARジャパンと共同で開始した能登半島地震被害の支援活動第5陣最初日無事終了しました。
お昼の提供は他団体が担当されたので、ピースプロジェクトとしては、5時限目の授業で『白玉ぜんざい作り』を担当させていただきました。
大きな団子やドーナツ型の団子など思い思いの形に仕上げで楽しそう、美味しそうにぜんざいを平らげてくれました。
夕食には『オージービーフのバーベキュー弁当』です。
東京から田中ケンさんチーム（5人）に来てもらい、オージービーフ様からご提供いただいた50キロのお肉を手際よく焼いていただきましたが、通りかかる警察の人、自衛隊の方から「あーっ凄くいい匂いがする
」とため息混じりの声が上がるほどです。キャンベルスープ様からご提供いただいたスープも温かく美味しい匂いを醸し出します。
事前の告知もよく影響していたようで、午前中から「今日はステーキのひだね
」と何人もの人に声をかけていただきました。
炊き出し始まる30分前から在宅避難の方も続々と集まり始めて、今までにない雰囲気でした。
ケンさんが多めにお肉を持って来てくださった事もあり、
今日はA避難所で130食、B避難所で35食、合計165食提供させていただきました。
田中ケンさんはじめ、今日も皆さんのご協力に感謝申し上げます。

The fifth phase of the Western Earthquake support day 1
Since another organization was in charge of providing lunch, Peace Project was in charge of making Shiratama Zenza’ in the 5th period class. They seemed to be having fun making the zenzai into whatever shapes they wanted, such as large dumplings or donut-shaped dumplings, and they devoured the zenzai deliciously.
For dinner, we provided with Aussie beef barbecue bento. The advance notice seemed to have had a good effect, with many people calling out to us in the morning and saying, “Today, we’re going to have steak” Thirty minutes before the soup kitchen started, people evacuated to their homes began to gather one after another, creating an unprecedented atmosphere.
Today, we provided 130 meals at evacuation center A and 35 meals at evacuation center B, for a total of 165 meals. I would like to thank Ken Tanaka and everyone else for their cooperation today.
