能登半島地震被害の支援活動第4陣初目

AARジャパンと共同で開始した能登半島地震被害の支援活動第4陣初目終了しました。
朝、宿舎である志賀町を出発、3連休の初日ということもあり道路がどこもかしこも大渋滞しています。
のと里山空港で東京からの仲間2人をピックアップして珠洲市の避難所を目指しました。
今回のメンバーは、昨日合流した加藤と鰓呼吸グループの2人（太郎さんとサッシー）、そして東京から青山勝彦さんとルタ君、ルタ君はなんと高校３年生です（まもなく卒業予定）。お父様が青山さんの知り合いで、今回能登半島支援に行くと話したところ、「良い経験になるからうちの息子も連れて行って欲しい」と言うことで決まった次第です。でもルタ君本人も話しを聞いて「バイト休むことになるけどまあいいか」と積極的に参加の意思を示してくれたそうです。ルタ君にとって良い経験になることを祈っています。
さて、本日の夕食炊き出しメニューは『炊き込みご飯、マカロニサラダ、わかめときゅうり＆ちくわの酢の物』でした。器の関係でおかずをご飯の上に乗せる方式でした。見た目はいまいちですが、エコな方式だとご理解いただければ幸いです。
避難所も３連休ということで、金沢等へお出かけの家族も多かったようです。残念ながら、いつもお手伝いしてくれる子どもたちにも会えませんでした。
調理にはいつもの『美女軍団』が駆けつけてくれ、風が強くて寒かったですが、話しながら楽しく作業することが出来ました。
そして嬉しかったのは「ピースさんが来ている時にしか避難所に来ない」と言っていただく在宅避難の方が数名いらっしゃったこと。
今日、今後のメニューを貼りだしたら「えっ！ビーフステーキ弁当？？？」と大騒ぎになりました。前回の炊き出し以降、どの団体もこの避難所には来なかったそうで、私たちの炊き出しが楽しみだと言っていただけるのは光栄だけど、少し微妙な気持ちがします。
本日のメニューは
炊き込みご飯、
マカロニサラダ、
わかめときゅうり＆ちくわの酢の物
避難所A１００食、避難所B３５食
合計１３５食提供しました。

The fourth phase of the Western Earthquake support day 1
In the morning, we left Shiga Town, where we were staying, and since it was the first day of a three-day holiday, the roads were jammed everywhere.
Today’s dinner menu was “seasoned rice, macaroni salad, and vinegared seaweed, cucumber, and chikuwa” Because of the container, the side dishes were placed on top of the rice. It may not have looked good, but I hope you will understand that it is an eco-friendly method. Since the evacuation center was closed for three days, many families apparently went to Kanazawa and other places. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet the children who always helps us. Today, when we posted the upcoming menu, there was an uproar of people saying, “What! Beefsteak bento???” It seems that no group has come to this evacuation center since the last soup kitchen, and we are honored to hear that they are looking forward to our soup kitchen.
