能登半島地震被害の支援活動２日目

AARジャパンと共同で開始した能登半島地震被害の支援活動２日目終了しました。
昨夜遅くまでの作業＆車中泊、そして食材が足りないと言う事もあり、本日の現地での作業は午後2時で切り上げ、高岡のホテルへ向かいながら買い出しを行います。
昨日から避難所にいる方やご家族から肉、魚、野菜の差し入れをたっぷりいただきましたので、今日のランチには鰤のふりかけ混ぜ込みおにぎりと“具沢山たまごスープ”360食を夕食には“さつまいもの炊き込みご飯”＆味噌汁360食を仕込んで来ました。
今朝「ピースプロジェクトの人たちはどうして自衛隊よりも早く来れたの？」と質問されました。答えは自衛隊の人たちが懸命に道路復旧工事してくれたからなんです。
珠洲市の避難所から高岡まで片道9時間かかりました。非現実的です。
皆さんからいただいた情報も電波悪くて見れていません。

We finished Western earthquake support day 2. Since we worked till late last night , stayed in the car and didn’t have enough ingredients, we rounded up at 2 P.M. and bought ingredients on our way to the Takaoka hotel.
We were luckily provided with a lot of meat, fish and vegetables from the family staying at the shelter so for lunch we made 360 meals with rice balls with Fujikake (rice seasoning) and egg soup. For dinner, we made rice with sweet potato and miso soup.
This morning, we were asked why we were able to arrive before the self-defense forces. This is because the self-defense forces worked so hard to restore the roads. We are very thankful to the forces. Also we are not being able to look at informations that everyone has sent us due to the bad radio waves.
